Seeing as you enjoyed your Celebrity Cruise, I would recommend trying the MSC Seaside, sailing from Miami or Holland America Line’s Nieuw Statendam sailing from Port Everglades (Fort Lauderdale) in the Fall/Winter 2019. There is also the brand new Sky Princess also sailing from Port Everglades starting in December 2019.
