Royal Caribbean International officially welcomed Spectrum of the Seas, the line’s first Quantum Ultra Class cruise ship, to their every growing fleet. At a ceremony held today in Bremerhaven, Germany, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Chairman and CEO Richard D.
