The first cruise ship from Virgin Voyages, Scarlet Lady, has arrived at her new home at PortMiami. Following an inaugural transatlantic voyage, Scarlet Lady arrived in Miami on a beautifully clear morning and after a spin in the port’s turning basin, eased into her spot at the terminal.
Now that the ship has arrived, she’ll be hosting several media and travel industry events over the next couple of weeks. Scarlet Lady’s first cruises with paying guests will depart on March 26th and 29th, with two special 3-night “Sneak-A-Peak” voyages with a stop at The Beach Club at Bimini. This exclusive destination of Virgin Voyages will pamper guests with outdoor lounges, beach bonfires, included dining with locally sourced fare and a lagoon-style pool with cabanas for rent and DJ led pool parties.
The ship will go into a regular rotation of 4-5 night cruises starting April 1st. The 4-night Fire and Sunset Soirees itinerary will call at Key West and Bimini with one day at sea. The 5-night Riviera Maya itinerary will call at Cozumel and Bimini with two days at sea. The third itinerary is a 5-night Mayan Sol with calls at Costa Maya and Bimini with two days at sea. There will also be two special 7-night holiday sailings over Christmas and New Years.
