Royal Caribbean International officially welcomed Spectrum of the Seas, the line’s first Quantum Ultra Class cruise ship, to their every growing fleet. At a ceremony held today in Bremerhaven, Germany, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Chairman and CEO Richard D. Royal Caribbean is continuing with its $1 billion Royal Amplified fleet modernization program. The next ship to get the “amped up” treatment is Navigator of the Seas.The ship will undergo a $115 Million makeover and debut in Miami on February 14, 2019 with a host of new features and activities.
